Scope
AXMEAS operates an editorial website and an online shop hosted on Shopify. Individually agreed terms take priority. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Reading an article does not create a paid subscription or purchase obligation.
Orders, prices and delivery
Product descriptions, the ordering process, information displayed before an order, and the relevant order and acceptance communications determine the individual purchase. A technical acknowledgement of receipt is not, by itself, an acceptance unless it expressly says so. Contract formation and performance otherwise follow statutory rules. Review your order and correct input errors before submitting it.
The available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Product prices, applicable tax and delivery charges must be disclosed before you commit to pay. Website price changes do not retrospectively change an existing contract. We do not reserve an unrestricted right to cancel concluded contracts. Withdrawal, returns and defective goods
The statutory consumer right of withdrawal and our separate voluntary 30-day return benefit are described in the return and refund policy. Conditions of a voluntary return benefit do not restrict statutory rights. Statutory rights concerning defective goods apply. Any manufacturer's commercial guarantee is additional and does not replace claims against the seller.
Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude statutory liability for personal injury, intentional or negligent misconduct, defective products or other legally protected claims.
Editorial content
Articles, technical explanations, company analysis and market commentary provide general information. Publication dates and source dates matter; historical articles may describe circumstances that have changed. Copyright and lawful use
Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective holders. Statutory quotation rights and other permitted uses remain unaffected. Uses requiring permission must be agreed with the relevant rights holder. Do not misuse the website through unlawful content, malware, unauthorised access or interference with its operation. Sending us an enquiry or suggestion does not automatically grant us an unrestricted licence to publish it.
Privacy and external services
See our privacy policy. Visiting the website is not a substitute for consent where consent is legally required. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy information. Linking to them does not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law.
Applicable law and changes
German law applies. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence where applicable. Statutory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected. Updated website terms do not automatically amend existing contracts. Where a provision is ineffective, the applicable statutory rules govern.
