Destinations and charges

The destinations available for a product and the applicable delivery charges are shown during the ordering process before you place a binding order. Our existing free-delivery offer applies to orders over €200 net within the European Union. At 19% VAT, €200 net corresponds to €238 including VAT; the applicable VAT rate depends on the transaction and destination. The final tax-inclusive total and any delivery charges must be shown before you commit to pay.

Availability and delivery time

Please consult the delivery time and availability stated for the individual product and destination. If no clear delivery time is displayed, contact info@axmeas.com before ordering so that we can clarify availability and delivery. This policy does not promise immediate dispatch or a fixed transit time for all products. Agreed delivery dates and statutory rights in the event of delay remain unaffected.

Deliveries outside the EU

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or Liechtenstein, import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance charges may arise. Unless expressly included in the offer, these import charges are payable by the recipient. Their amount depends on the destination and customs rules. VAT charged by us is determined by the applicable tax rules and the checkout; we do not make a blanket promise that every cross-border purchase is tax-free. Businesses should obtain their own advice on any right to deduct or reclaim tax.

Delivery problems and returns
